Riko and her friends come to the countdown event at Kamihama Port, find an injured lost dog, and ask Dr. Fuko to see it. They start looking for the dog's owner in the busy harbor with Ken and others, who came to see "Detective Lucky" at a party held on the dinner cruiser Kiyoshi Maru.
